Milestones & Growth Highlights
Annapurna Machha Dana Udhyog Limited (AMDUL) was established in 2021 in Khairahani-3, Chitwan, Nepal. The company was founded with the objective of strengthening Nepal’s aquaculture sector by producing high-quality, scientifically formulated fish feed locally. AMDUL was created to reduce dependency on imported feed and provide Nepali fish farmers with reliable, nutritionally balanced feed solutions.
- 2021 – Company established and production facility set up in Chitwan.
- 2023- Commencement of Commercial Production
- 2022–2024 – Expanded distribution network and strengthened farmer partnerships across Nepal.
- July 2025 – Received strategic investment of NPR 216.8 million from Team Ventures & Associates.
- December 2025 – Conducted First Annual General Meeting (AGM) and approved IPO plan.
